    How fast does it warm up?

    It starts warming as soon as you switch it on and is cosy within minutes. The thermostat then holds a steady temperature.

    Is it safe to sit on all day?

    Yes. Thermostat control stops it from overheating, and the Classic has automatic power-off so it won't keep running if you forget it. Keep it away from young children and don't use it while sleeping.

    Does it switch off by itself?

    The Classic has a built-in automatic power-off timer. You can also switch either version off on the controller at any time.

    How is it powered?

    The Classic plugs into a wall socket and arrives with the right plug, or a plug adapter, for your country. The Premium runs on USB, so you can plug it into a laptop, a power bank or any USB wall adapter.

    How do I clean it?

    Unplug it first, then spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don't machine wash or soak the heating pad, and let it dry completely before using it again.
